Investigation and Insights

In my Investigation and Insights course, we were split up into groups and tasked with examining a large company and evaluating some of their strengths and weaknesses, as well as offering potential solutions to the weaknesses. In this semester- long project, we developed a Situation Analysis, a Consumer/Public Profile, and did extensive research through one on one and group interviews, and surveys we developed with Qualtrics software.  After thoroughly analzying this data, we also developed an Action Plan as well as Solutions and Recommendations that could potentially help the Ralph Lauren brand.
